About Align Farms

Founding partners John Buchanan and Rob Cameron purchased and developed five dairy farms and a dairy support farm with a view to the future by providing intergenerational and sustainable farms that allow the team on the ground to thrive and deliver results.

Align employs 27 full time team members selected from around the globe that have come together with the philosophy that better people make better farmers.
